When Booking your Event, read below just a few special things to know.

ACCOMMODATIONS: The JERSEY SNO team requires access to an electrical outlet to power all equipment and a 6ft. x 6ft. space for our set up. Our treats work best in cool dry areas out of direct sunlight. Additional fees required for events not held on the ground floor of the event site.
BOOKING & AVAILABILITY: When reserving your date, the earlier the better! Additional fees apply for the following: Events booked with 24 hours or less of notice, events held between 11 pm and 7 am, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Easter, Labor Day, Independence Day and Memorial Day. *All services may not be available for same and next day bookings.
TRAVEL & LOCATION OF SERVICES: We will meet you where the party is at! Round trip travel and toll fees apply. **All events outside of Mercer County, NJ require a minimum of a combination package or 2 hours of service to be booked.**
WHAT DOES IT COST: We provide an on-site full service catered treat experience! We provide more then a basic rental service. Your service investment begins at $175.
RETAINER FEE & PAYMENT: A $50 non-refundable retainer fee and signed contract is required to reserve all events. The balance is due prior to the event date. Custom favor orders require total payment in advance of delivery. Credit/Debit card processing fees apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please let us know of cancellation ASAP. When we are given 7 business days or more of cancellation we will transfer your retainer fee to another event being held within 6 months. Payments for custom orders and favors cannot be refunded due to work done in advance.
ALLERGIES: We are happy to disclose product ingredients. Notify us in advance of any food sensitivities so we can work on providing alternatives if possible. Additional fees apply for specialty and gluten-free options.
FUNDRAISING: Raise money for your organization the sweet way! Will raise funds through sales of our treats at your event and donate an agreed upon percentage. A refundable deposit may be required to reserve your date.
STREET FAIRS: We are willing to participate in a small number of Street Fairs/Festivals each year. We must be exclusive of the products we sell. Contact us for details.
